The Service
We would like to expand our advice and support service and are looking for a highly motivated individual with skills and experience in delivery welfare benefits advice to customers maximising their income.
The role
Reporting to the Income Manager, you will provide housing related support to vulnerable people. This includes providing practical support to set up and sustain a tenancy, help with access to welfare benefits and assistance with debt issues. We are looking for people who have a passion for providing advice and support to customer s to help sustain tenancies and who like to work in partnership with other services and external organisations and who can contribute to the development and implementation of measures to mitigate the impact of Welfare Reform and Universal Credit.
We are offering:
A starting salary of £24, 982 - £27,741 per annum (Band 6)
