You will be a gifted teacher, an inspirational leader and have the expertise to make a significant impact.

Bede Academy is part of Emmanuel Schools Foundation. It is a forward-thinking, all-through Academy (3-19) with a Christian ethos. This makes us unique and therefore provides an exciting opportunity for an excellent senior leader. We serve 1847 students across two sites, each with modern facilities specifically designed for 21st century education.

At Bede Academy we believe our students are infinitely precious, gifted for a purpose and morally responsible. We strive to provide an education that results in academic excellence, excellence in character and excellence in the community. We aim to provide all students and staff with the opportunity to work hard to achieve their personal best. We encourage personal, moral and spiritual development within a Christian framework and create a disciplined, sensitive environment where everyone is equally valued. The Academy values, inspired by the life of Christ Jesus, are; be good, be humble, be kind, be honest, be responsible, be brave and be determined.

As Vice Principal (Primary) you will play a significant role in the Academy’s future development. The successful candidate will be expected to uphold and further strengthen the Academy’s Christian ethos, ensuring it is the foundation of the personal and character development programmes. They will also have to bring leadership, drive and ambition to the leadership team.
