This is a whole system change across services for children, young people and families, whereby practitioners, teams and wider partnerships’ practice is shaped and informed by shared restorative language, culture, behaviours and ways of working.

To support our ambitious plans, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager for our new Family Group Conference service to work with families to find solutions and make plans to keep children safely at home.
