Sunderland Care and Support work alongside customers who possess a diverse range of complex needs and characteristics to enable them to engage within the community, develop skills and enhance their quality of life.

Our Supported Living Services requires dynamic motivated staff with the ability to work in challenging environments. We provide care and support in a range of services for customers with a Learning Disability, Autism, Behaviour that Challenges or Mental Health needs.

The successful applicant will be required to lead, manage and supervise a team of staff to provide care and support to enable customers to achieve their maximum level of independence through appropriate physical, emotional and psychological support including: intimate personal care, support with basic health needs and practical tasks.

What we can offer you.....

We are seeking to offer a permanent contract of 37 hours per week.
