Further information

You will lead a team of staff delivering front-line services to our customers over the telephone, by e-mail or face to face in the Town Hall.

You should have approximately three year’s recent experience of working in a customer services environment with the ability to support, motivate and lead staff. Highly effective communication skills are essential in this role, together with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet performance targets.

Experience of dealing with sometimes angry or emotional customers in a confident, but sensitive manner is also essential.
