We seek to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our Primary Schools' team.

Post 1. 26 hours per week, term time plus 2 days. This post is attached to a KS1 pupil who is hearing impaired. Experience of working in this area is an advantage.

Post 2. 10 hours per week, term time plus 2 days. This post is attached to a KS1 child with medical needs. Experience of working with children with medical needs is an advantage.

Post 3. 15 hours per week, term time plus 2 days. Initially temporary until Jul 21depending on pupil numbers. This is to work in the mornings with a particular focus on reading. This will initially be based at Central Primary School

Post 4. 15 hours per week, term time plus 2 days. Initially temporary until Jul 21depending on pupil numbers. This is to work in the mornings with a particular focus on reading. This will initially be based at Bothal Primary School

The successful candidates will:

• Hold at least a relevant Level 2 qualification
• Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Have high expectations when supporting teaching and learning
• Be flexible and adaptable to the varying needs of the role
• Show initiative and work well as part of a team
• Show commitment to the wider life of the school
