As part of our continuous drive to provide the very best opportunities we can for the children of St Augustine’s, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and hardworking team to deliver interventions across school. The role will primarily involve supporting teaching and learning in Key Stage 1 and the ability to deliver/support phonics teaching is essential.

St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School is part of Nicholas Postgate Catholic Academy Trust, a family of 27 schools, a sixth form and teaching school from across the north of the Diocese of Middlesbrough. With more than 9,000 pupils and 1,200 staff, the Trust is now the North East’s largest Catholic Trust and the second largest Catholic Multi Academy Trust in the UK.
