Teaching Assistants
Band 2 point 3 (£18,065)

We seek to appoint experienced, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our Primary School team.

Post 1. 12 hours per week, term time plus 2 days. Initially temporary until Jul 20 depending on funding. This is to work with pupils who have English as an additional language. Some flexibility with working times/days.

(Pro rata salary £4,950)

Post 2. 30 hours per week, term time plus 2 days. This post is attached to a KS1 child with special needs. Experience at working with autism is an advantage.

Post 3. 30 hours per week, term time plus 2 days. Initially temporary until Jul 20 depending on pupil numbers. This is to work with a Reception/Year 1 class.

The successful candidates will:
* Hold at least a relevant Level 2 qualification
* Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills
* Have high expectations when supporting teaching and learning
* Be flexible and adaptable to the varying needs of the role
* Show initiative and work well as part of a team
* Show commitment to the wider life of the school
