A Secondary school in Northumberland is working with First Class Supply to appoint a Business Studies Teacher of Key Stage 5 to start in September 2019 until January 2020, and may continue. This role is on a 0.4 basis, working hours to be arranged.

This is a larger than average sized school, which encourages personal, moral and spiritual development within a Christian framework. Pupils in the secondary phase make progress above that found nationally. We require teachers who:
  • have an exceptional work ethic and a proven record of exemplary classroom practice
  • are pro-active, enthusiastic, energetic and reliable
  • are flexible to work at short notice as and when the need arises
  • hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS
  • have recent experience / knowledge of teaching Business Studies within the UK National Curriculum.
NQT’s are encouraged to apply as this is an excellent opportunity to be introduced to schools and to discover contract opportunities.
