Contract Details: Temporary for 2 years

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Systems and Process Team as a Support Officer providing systems support to users of corporate IT applications and support to the wider team across a range of applications across the authority.

This is a varied role that will see you working primarily as part of a small, but busy, helpdesk team and you will be involved with a wide range of corporate systems; supporting with raising, investigating, and resolving helpdesk calls, as well as providing support to individual Systems Officers as and when necessary.

The successful applicant will:
• have previous clerical experience
• be able to deal with enquiries from a range of people
• be able to work with a high degree of accuracy
