The Unaccompanied Children and Young People’s Team is a newly formed and dedicated team. It has been set up to work with children and young people who are in care and seeking asylum or care leavers who have or are in the process of securing Leave to remain in the UK.
We want to recruit a Support Worker to be part of a specialist team. You will ensure a child centred approach and a platform to properly prepare children in care and care leavers for adulthood and secure resettlement for them in the UK. You will be part of a team that will have a strong focus on care planning and improving the experiences of children and young people in care and beyond.
