There would be an expectation that you could also work within the Supported Living service, supporting people to live in their own home The posts have a requirement to work shifts on a rota basis, including sleep-ins, weekends, waking nights and some bank holidays.
You will be supporting people to take part in a range of both in house and community-based activities with a focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle and community inclusion. The successful applicants will have experience of working with adults with a learning disability.
