The Ascent Academies’ Trust was founded in 2012 and is a family of four special academies in the North East of England, over three different local authorities. We are a collaborative group of academies who work closely with one another in order to achieve the best outcomes for our young people. Post: Supply Business Services Support
Scale: Grade F, SCP10 - SCP14 (£11.05 - £11.96p/h), and holiday plusage
Hours: as required, maximum 37 hours per week
Contract Term: PVH
Location: Academies across the Ascent Trust

The Trustees are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Supply Business Services Support member of staff who will provide additional support and cover to academies across the Trust predominately in the areas of site management and business administration. The successful candidate will have 5 x GCSE A*-C or equivalent including Maths and English, sound knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and know how to apply them, experience in site operations including undertaking repairs and in the use of computerised packages in a working environment, including computerised finance systems. Candidates will also have proven experience of providing support and advice to other staff.
