Part-time Administration Assistant
Grade: 2
20 hours per week
(Monday – Friday 8.30am-12.30pm, term time only)
Contract Type: Fixed term for 1 year

The Governors and Headteacher of this outstanding school are looking to appoint a part-time Administration Assistant to work in our busy school office. Duties will include answering the telephone and greeting visitors, administrative duties including formulating newsletters, managing post, responding to emails, co-ordinating school meals and wraparound care administration and maintaining manual and computerised records/management information systems including SIMS and ParentPay.

The successful candidate will:
• be flexible, pro-active and a team player
• be an effective communicator
• have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• be able to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
• have excellent customer service skills
• be patient and have a good sense of humour
