An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Social Worker to work within Newcastle Youth Justice Service based at the Civic Centre.
You would be part of an experienced and supportive team, providing high quality and effective youth justice services on a citywide basis.
You will have experience working with young people in the criminal justice system and of effective multi-agency partnership working.
We require you to be flexible, enthusiastic and committed to working with both statutory partners and both local and national organisations to improve outcomes for young people.
You should have a relevant Social Work qualification such as a Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW, or CSS and must have Social Work England registration.
