Are you a skilled and enthusiastic social work practitioner with significant experience of using the Signs of Safety practice framework?

We began implementing Signs of Safety in Durham in 2018. We are really beginning to see the benefits of using this framework and the quality of our practice in Durham continues to improve.

We now want to build on these initial successes and are looking to recruit someone who has a deep understanding of the framework to work collaboratively across all our services, providing advice, guidance and support to ensure that the framework becomes embedded in all areas of our practice. As well as working directly with practitioners there will be opportunities to work with managers and partners to shape our implementation, and to work regionally and nationally to learn from and share good practice.

Required qualifications:
• Social work qualification
• Current HCPC social work registration
