An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Improvement Assistant to join our Education and Skills Division. This is a varied role and the successful candidate will be expected to work across the division, supporting a range of functions.

You will have experience of maintaining websites as well as supporting and monitoring projects. You should also have excellent IT skills and be able to demonstrate experience of gathering information to present in a clear and effective way.

We are looking for a team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills, the ability to multi-task, deal with changing priorities and work to deadlines.
