This is an exciting opportunity to for an experienced leader to play a key role in delivering a “one stop shop” service for Tenants and other Customers of Beyond Housing. The Service Centre receives around 25,000 contacts a month through a variety of communication methods, including telephone, email, live chat, text, web queries and face to face at reception. The team also undertake administration tasks covering areas of Customer Satisfaction, Rental Income, Tenancy Management, and Choice Based Lettings with an ambition to answer 95% of queries from Tenants at the first point of contact.

You will become part of an enthusiastic and evolving team, continuously exploring innovative ways to tailor our services to meet the needs of our customers and provide a positive and outstanding customer service experience with Beyond Housing.

The Service Centre Team leader will assist support the Manager to develop the service and lead a team of enthusiastic and committed Service Centre Advisors who are passionate about providing a great customer experience.

The successful candidate will be a passionate, enthusiastic and approachable person who enjoys working with tenants, other customers and colleagues across the business. You must be an effective communicator, and will be required to demonstrate experience of leadership that has influencedimprovement to services and created efficiencies. An innovative, dynamic individual with the skills to motivate and engage others, implement change and achieve results

You will be an ambassador of the customer experience and be driven with an appetite for improvement to generate positive business and customer outcomes. An organised, responsible and accountable attitude to their work and the ability to motivate and lead.
