This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a “one stop shop” service for Tenants and other Customers of Beyond Housing. The Service Centre receives around 25,000 contacts a month through a variety of communication methods, including telephone, email, live chat, text, web queries and face to face at reception. The team also undertake administration tasks covering areas of Customer Satisfaction, Rental Income, Tenancy Management, and Choice Based Lettings with an ambition to answer 95% of queries from Tenants at the first point of contact.

You will become part of an enthusiastic and evolving team, continuously exploring innovative ways to tailor our services to meet the needs of our customers and provide a positive and outstanding customer service experience with Beyond Housing.

The post is for a Service Centre Advisor and we are looking for positive and proactive people who are able to deliver great customer experience for our tenants and other customers. We deal with a wide range of enquires over the telephone, reception, and through other methods by which tenants can access services including digital contact of around 25,000 contacts per month. You will be required to, deal with all enquiries in a pleasant, efficient and professional manner, demonstrate empathy and take ownership of your work. We need people who have high levels of personal resilience and can effectively deal with potentially challenging situations.

You will be expected to provide an excellent and efficient customer experience to tenants and other customers of Beyond Housing, by effectively prioritising your workload and ensuring that all contact is dealt with consistently whilst adhering to excellent standards of service and embracing the ethos of “every contact matters”

The successful candidate will be a passionate, enthusiastic and approachable person, who enjoys working with tenants, other customers and colleagues across the business. You will be an ambassador of the customer experience and be driven with an appetite for improvement to generate positive business and customer outcomes.
