The Service

This is an exciting time to join our team! We are a Local Authority Housing Service providing homes and services for 8,500 customers in Northumberland.

The Role

We have a new opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Estates Officer who has a passion for working with residents and colleagues to make a real difference. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the delivery of the operational functions of the team including estate management, tenancy management and tenancy breaches. You will also assist in monitoring the team’s quality of work and ensure workload is effectively managed in the absence of the Estate Manager.

You must have worked within a similar role previously and have extensive experience of Housing and Tenancy Management, be confident in Housing Management systems,, have excellent organisation skills and be customer focused.

- A starting salary of £27,905 with increment after one year
