An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Asset Strategy Officer.
The post holder will be a member of a team responsible for developing and implementing the Authority’s strategic asset management plans and policies, including property review, development and application of prioritisation policies and systems and for setting and monitoring the delivery of asset investment outputs.
Applicants should be educated to degree level in a relevant subject together with having membership of the RICS or equivalent appropriate professional body. Experience of leading a team is essential as well as having experience of asset management and option appraisal.
