The Role:
Safeguarding Partner role is a fixed term post covering maternity leave, working 37 hours per week. YHN are committed to safeguarding its customers, by delivering an efficient and quality service to protect both Adults and Children at risk of serious harm. As part of the role you will need to work with external and internal stakeholders, collaboratively, to provide a joined-up service and represent the organisation at Multi Agency Meetings. Actively contribute the YHNs Values and organisational goals.

The Person:
Knowledge and experience of Safeguarding Policies and Process
Experience of carrying out vulnerable risk assessments
Adopt a problem-solving approach
Diplomatic and assertive, with a successful track record of dealing with highly confidential information.
