Early Help Services in Redcar and Cleveland work in partnership with families and other agencies to deliver high quality services to improve outcomes for all children and their families.

This post will be based within the Families Information Service team and will support children and young people with SEND. The post-holder will offer independent information, advice and guidance to children and young people with SEND.

This is a new temporary post and part of the post-holders duties will be to work with children and young people with SEND to produce information and raise awareness.

This is a varied role that requires an enthusiastic, innovative person, who is flexible about their working days and hours. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people who have special education needs or disabilities. Providing mediation and appeals support, attending tribunals when required. The post holder will support children and young people to access information and support from relevant agencies to ensure reach their full potential.
