We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to provide an efficient and effective front line reception service for all visitors to County Hall. You will act as first point of contact for visitors, taking responsibility for ensuring the visitor's needs are met and that their host is contacted.

You will be part of a team required to promote and maintain the good corporate image of the council and deal with the issue, return and security of building access passes.
You will provide a mail room service for the site including receipt, sorting and distribution of incoming mail and preparation of outgoing mail.
As part of Registration & Coronial Services, you may also be required to provide administrative support where necessary.

We have a full time (37 hours per week) and a part-time (29.6 hours per week) position available. Consideration will be given to part-time/job share working.

- A starting salary of £19,312 (rising to £19,698). This is the full time salary and will be prorated for any part time hours
