Middlesbrough College are looking to recruit an Hourly Paid Reception and Switchboard Clerk under a Contract of Employment determined by Northern Skills Group.

Hourly Paid Business Support, £9.55 per hour (including holiday pay)

The successful candidate will hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in either Administration or Customer Service and possess excellent administrative and customer service skills. Reception, administration and cash handling experience are essential. Previous experience of working as a telephonist on a computerised system would be desirable.
