SMART Multi Academy Trust comprises of eight primary schools in Newcastle. The Governors of Kingston Park Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and inspirational Class Teacher to join our team and to work alongside the senior management team and Board of Directors to ensure excellence at our Academy. We welcome applications from both experience and newly qualified teachers who are able to make an outstanding impact on pupil progress school-wide.


The successful candidate will:
•Have drive, passion, determination and boundless energy;
•Be able to lead by example, especially in teaching and learning;
•Be able to inspire and support colleagues;
•Have high expectations of him/herself, all children and the school community as a whole;
•Be a really good teacher who never gives up on children and finds ways to inspire them to make as much progress as possible;
•Analyse pupil performance data and create and implement action plans to improve performance;
•Actively contribute to the development of community relationships;
•Be open to new ways of working and prepared to lead staff to improve practice in all areas;
