A professional and enthusiastic part/fully qualified Building Control Surveyor is required to join a strong, high performing, forward thinking team providing a full range of Building Control services for the Council.

The Building Control service is managed via a partnership with Capita and this post is a Council post seconded to Capita.

This is a varied and challenging role - providing excellent opportunities to help progress your career in Building Control.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, self-motivated professional with relevant level of qualifications and experience.

We are offering a competitive salary and support with respect to both academic and professional qualifications (RICS/CABE/CIOB).

You will be appointed to grade 8 or 9 depending on your qualifications and experience.
Grade 8 £26,999 - £30,507 pa
Grade 9 £31,371 - £34,788 pa
