An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Performance & Research Assistant to join our Performance team.

Have you got a head for numbers? Are you well organised with a strong attention to detail? If so, you could be just what we are looking for!

The Performance team are looking for a Performance and Research Assistant to help deliver a high quality, robust performance framework across Beyond Housing. The successful candidate will join a small team, predominantly based at our Redcar office. The post-holder will support the production and presentation of high quality management information, completing operational scorecards and supporting research activities. The role is both exciting and challenging, and will require the successful candidate to work closely with numerous departments across the Company.

The Performance and Research Assistant will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider team as required.

We would be especially interested in hearing from candidates who have excellent IT skills inlcuding the use of Microsoft Excel, although full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
