AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED AND AMBITIOUS PERFORMANCE OFFICER.

If you are an experienced and ambitious performance professional with a high degree of technical skills, then there has never been a better time to join Together for Children, a unique company with a focus on driving improvement for children and families in Sunderland.

Together for Children are looking to grow their performance team who specialise in reporting performance information and analysing key themes to drive improvement. We work with a variety of partners, assisting them to interpret and evaluate data to develop business analyses, projections and trends to enable strategic and operational decision-making.

We are looking to recruit a proactive Performance Officer who can take a hands-on role in the development of key performance indicators to support Together for Children’s vision and strategy and who can provide detailed performance reports to support service improvement. You will have the ability to establish excellent relationships and communicate performance information in a variety of formats to different audiences.

To qualify, you will have experience of working within a performance role, where you will have gained hands-on experience of delivering performance frameworks. You will have advanced ICT skills with experience of using a range of reporting tools. You will also be able to analyse and interpret data to identify patterns and trends to inform strategic and operational decision making.
