The Adults & Communities Directorate, consists of four strands, Adult Social Care, Community Development, Public Health and Environment. The post holder will work closely with the Performance Team Leader and Data & CRM Specialist, to utilise and develop telephony data reporting to support and enhance performance management information provision across the Service.

The post will work towards the provision of management information from a range of data sources within the Service area to inform and support with the achievement of excellent standards of customer care, and the delivery of effective Customer Services to all stakeholders.

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract.

The council holds ambassador status for the North East Better Health at Work Award.
