A vacancy has arisen within Assessment and Awards for a Financial Assessment and Benefits Officer working job share 18.5 hours per week.

The post holder will provide a quality safe and cost effective service to customers, including the provision of first line contact and prompt and efficient handling of any queries or problems.

The post holder will carry out financial assessments for those in receipt of care services commissioned by the Council.

Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or recognised professional administrative qualification together with broad experience in an administrative/ financial setting and the use of IT systems.
