Senior Operational Support Assistant.
Adult Social Care are seeking to appoint a Senior Operational Support Assistant to provide an effective and efficient business support function within the service.
You must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or working towards or equivalent and have knowledge of data protection and confidentiality.
It is essential that you have experience of Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel; working in a business administration/ office environment; working as part of a team; organising and prioritising your workload; meeting deadlines / working within timescales; effective written and oral communication skills; and dealing professionally with service users/ customers.
Knowledge of Social Care Services and experience of using CareFirst and Agresso, as well as taking minutes at meetings are desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
