This role is to support a fast growing and dynamic independent ambulance and education provider. You will be supporting our operations and compliance department to facilitate the delivery of administrative support to our business outputs. Working as part of a team with both health care professionals and administrative staff you will require excellent communication and IT skills.

Duties to support our service delivery will include:

• Providing compliance checks to written guidelines on health care staff
• General office administration tasks
• Assisting with booking of patient transport
• Processing and resolving accurately requests from customers, service users and partner organisations.
• Inputting data accurately into our internal IT systems
• Must have a good understanding of Microsoft office, especially Excel
• Building good relationships with customers and colleagues
• Working collaboratively in support of cross-department projects
• Ensuring customer and patient data is handled securely at all times
• Must be adaptable and flexible to the ever changing business needs
