The Trustees are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing trust.
LST is a growing multi academy trust in the North East of England, serving children and families in the west of Newcastle, Sunderland and Sedgefield. We pride ourselves in being a progressive, inclusive trust that supports every child to develop their talents whatever they may be and to reach their academic potential. It is important that as a learning organisation we adapt and change to the needs of our pupils. We take care to value and develop all colleagues to make sure they can do their very best for children across the Trust’s schools.
This role is a key appointment for us as our Trust expands to educate more than 5,000 children, ensuring that the LST brand, communications and marketing for students, parents, staff and stakeholders are expertly managed in order to ensure that all children are proud to be part of LST, that parents flock to send their children to an LST Academy and teachers want and find lasting careers with LST.
The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional with experience of managing brands, delivering results from highly targeted campaigns utilising on and offline marketing mix. This is a dynamic role which requires someone who can think on their feet, manage a diverse portfolio and is able to move from creating content one day, to strategic planning the next.
With over 5,000 children, excellent resources and a drive for continuous improvement, LST is actively seeking staff who want to make a difference and be part of this exciting phase of our development. At LST we are Ambitious & Progressive, Enterprising, Professional, Supportive and Passionate about everything we do – if you share these values and would like to be part of our growing team then we’d like to hear from you.
