Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant Required for Monday 15th March 2021

The Governors wish to appoint a committed, highly motivated and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the care and supervision of the children before and after meals, covering the lunchtime period.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 11:45 - 13:00
The successful candidate will be responsible for:-
• Supervision of children in designated areas ensuring good conduct in behaviour.
• Assisting pupils during the meal service, clearing up all spillages and wiping tables, chairs when necessary at end of the meal.
• Engaging pupils in safe, enjoyable, and creative activities.
• Providing pastoral care.
• Performing basic first aid for minor incidents/accidents.

This position is paid whole time with retainer adjustments applied to periods of school closure. You will not be required to work during the school closure periods however your salary in these periods will be adjusted accordingly in line with the retainer regulations as specified in the National Joint Council (NJC) Green Book agreement.
