We are looking for a customer focused, organised administror to join our HR team. You will provide all administration required for the delivery of training courses across all our sites. This will involve scheduling training courses, inviting attendees, following up on non-attendance, liaising with internal and external trainers, administering our e-learning platform and accurate recording of all activity.

Applicants must have a good level of education (NVQ level 2 or 4-5 GCSEs or equivalent) or relevant exempting experience and a passion for learning new tasks. The ideal candidate will also CIPD level 3 and experience of training administration/co-ordination and will be exceptionally organised to ensure the full training process is followed at all times and maximum training compliance is maintained.
