Post title: Lead Advisor Governance and Assessment of School Performance

Salary: £58,350 - £60,283 Soulbury 18 – 20 plus 3 SPA points

Job Location: Your normal place of work will be Green Lane. However, you may be required to work at any council workplace within County Durham

We are looking to recruit an outstanding leader to work effectively within Education Durham to provide strategic input and practical support which will enhance the quality of provision across schools and settings.

You will also work to support schools and settings to provide challenge within the current educational policy context particularly on their capacity to improve outcomes, attainment and progression.

Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status or degree level in a related discipline plus education professional qualification.
