Further information

Knowledge and experience of supporting all elements of ICT infrastructure with focus on networks and IP telephony. Understanding of switching and routing technologies. Management and administration of contact centre telephony and enterprise telephony solutions. Knowledge and experience of wireless connectivity. Excellent demonstrable trouble shooting skills which will include looking beyond the network issue to consider client/application level.
