An opportunity has arisen for a Housing Surveyor

The post holder will be responsible for providing the HIA’s technical service, providing advice guidance and practical support liaising with clients and contractors in order to deliver adaptations and home improvements ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.

Applicants should hold a HNC in Building Studies or an equivalent relevant qualification and certification as a competent person for the purposes of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System. Experience of working in private sector housing grant/loan environment at a practical level is essential.

Interviews are scheduled to be held via Microsoft Teams on a date to be confirmed.
