The Role: An opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Services Team – Housing as a Housing Services Manager.

The Person: You will have a passion for working in social housing and be committed to delivering an excellent customer service. You will have a strong track record of managing a high-quality customer service function within the housing environment.

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills and with the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.

You will actively contribute to regular reviews of housing services to identify efficiencies and continually improve the service provision. Taking a collaborative approach, you will have experience of liaising with internal and external stakeholder in order build constructive relationships which make it easier to do business.
