An opportunity has arisen for a Housing Manager who will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality delivery of service to private landlords, and private tenants.
The post holder will manage the compliance and enforcement element of Private Sector Housing functions in relation to Parts 1, 3 and 4 of the Housing Act 2004 and associated legislation.
Applicants should be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline together with having experience of property licensing, environmental health and housing enforcement.
Interviews are scheduled to be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 28 or Friday 29 January 2021.
