You will be expected to assume duties and responsibilities across a range of functions including block cleaning, environmental maintenance and facilities management. We have 3 roles under the one job description of Housing Caretaker.

Role 1: Block based caretaker - provide an on-site presence and first point of contact for our customers. This role is 37 hours Monday to Friday.

Role 2: Mobile caretaker - providing services to our customers within high rise blocks and on our estates. This role is 37 hours Monday to Friday. A driving licence would be an advantage for this role.

Role 3: 24/7 caretaker - providing a responsive role to customers and stakeholders, working 12 hour shifts that includes days and nights on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern. This role does attract a higher salary due to the usual shift enhancements. A driving licence would be an advantage for this role.
