At our new alternative provision, we will strive to provide an educational experience which focuses upon academic success, enjoyment and participation, combined with the benefits of providing an outdoor educational curriculum. Through participation in activities such as; water sports, mountain biking, Duke of Edinburgh we will engender a sense of community and belonging, reducing challenging behaviours and give our students the best life chances.

Being part of the team from the onset, you will have an incredible opportunity shape our curriculum experience and support disaffected and vulnerable students. With support from the senior leadership team you will be responsible for; development of innovative strategies to achieve high levels of attainment, student transition in and out of the provision, communication with the home school and parents and the organisation of the different year groups.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, a specialist with personality, creativity; someone who is committed to supporting students to achieve their potential and can embody our trust vision.

The successful candidate, will benefit from a fantastic chance to work with a dedicated and passionate staffing across the alternative provision and the mainstream academy.
