Do you have recent experience in a HR generalist role? Are you a qualified HR practitioner with a strong drive to make a difference by supporting and influencing change? If so, you could be just the person we are looking for to be our newest HR Advisor!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new organisation early in its journey. The HR team is proud to be central to the bringing together of the two legacy organisations and the development of a new future thinking culture that will enable us to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Our workforce is based across the Redcar/Eston and Scarborough/Whitby localities; you will be based in Redcar.

As a HR Advisor you will work as part of a supportive team, coaching managers, giving them the tools maximise performance and deliver outstanding customer service in line with our longer term people approach. You will support them with a broad range of HR issues including recruitment, managing performance and absence, and cultural development. You will also work closely with the HR Manager and L&OD Manager and take the lead on specific HR project strands such as developing the HR data system, recruitment, wellbeing & engagement, learning & development, performance management, change management, etc.

We would be especially interested in hearing from candidates with excellent communication, organisational, team working skills and sensitivity.
