The role:

A Way Out’s is seeking to appoint an experienced worker to be part of supporting development of our well-established Blossom Project. The project, delivered within a multi-agency framework of referrals, outreach, in-reach, low threshold drop-ins, group work and one to one support, intending to enhance the lifestyles of young women, whilst raising their long-term aspirations.

A Way Out:

A Way Out is an outreach and prevention charity with a difference which aims to engage, empower and equip vulnerable and excluded women, families and young people to live lives free from harm, abuse and exploitation and to reduce life limiting choices and behaviour.
