If this is you, we’d welcome an application from you to join Changing Futures Fostering as a Sessional Form F Assessor. We are a not for profit agency, recently registered and formed by a North East charity with over 20 years experience supporting children and families in Hartlepool, Teesside and other parts of the North East.

Previous experience of writing Form F Assessments including presentation to Fostering Panel would be desirable but we are also interested in hearing from Social Workers with excellent assessment and report writing skills.

You must be skilled in establishing relationships that are effective and bring out the best in people, deal with information that is often sensitive, and provide written analysis within a well written assessment to demonstrate the applicant’s qualities and skills to be a foster parent.
