A Degree or Diploma in Environmental health with full registration with the CIEH Environmental Health Registration Board or a relevant Degree or Diploma to demonstrate competency in housing standards enforcement work is required. You will have a knowledge of current and emerging private sector housing related legislation and the technical aspects of enforcement.

Experience of HMO and selective licensing is also essential, as is experience in Civil Penalties.
