Required from Monday 20th April 2020 (or as soon as possible thereafter)

Part Time - Hours: 8.45am to 3.45pm (30 minutes lunch break) – 32.5 hours per week.
Temporary - End date: Tuesday 20th July 2021 (or until pupil leaves the school or funding ends)

The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and experienced Teaching Assistant who will play a key role in providing support for pupils with special educational needs. The successful candidates will support the Class Teacher in the teaching and welfare of pupils.

We are looking for someone who:
has experience in caring for children with special educational needs
Who can provide support for pupils with autism and Downs Syndrome
Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills
Is able to work as a part of a team, learning with and from other colleagues
Enjoys working independently and with initiative
Understands confidentiality and safeguarding procedures

This is a temporary position whilst funding is available and the pupil remains at Ebchester CE Primary School.
