Employability Officer (Project Lead)
Fixed term contract to March 2022

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead on a new project aimed at supporting YHN customers into work. YHN is a delivery partner on the Working Homes Programme, funded through the European Social Fund (ESF). Working Homes is a regional project aimed at supporting people who have barriers to employment. The Project Lead would have involvement in all areas of project delivery including 1-2-1 support, group training, compliance, employer engagement and partnership development.

The successful candidate will have:
- The organisation and communication skills to project manage effectively.
- Confidence and technical ability to deliver group training sessions and provide 1-2-1 employability support.
- Attention to detail to ensure the project is compliant with ESF guidelines.
- The ability to analyse information and develop plans to ensure the project meets the needs of the customers.
