New Brancepeth Primary School’s Governing Body is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to ensure our children get the best possible start. This post is initially for two terms 0.55 afternoons. We are a rapidly improving school. We pride ourselves in being highly inclusive. We are looking for a teacher who is enthusiastic and clearly enjoys their role. We are looking for someone with excellent knowledge of EYFS to support in the rapid improvement of our reception and nursery provision. The right candidate will be integral to the smooth running of our school. They will set a kind and caring example for pupils which motivates and encourages them to always do their best. This is an exciting time to be joining our school as we build and shape it for the future. With high expectations of all children and the ability to set ‘a shining example’ you will be, or have the potential to become, an excellent practitioner providing high quality education for our youngest children.

The successful candidate will be: ·
• Knowledgeable in relation to the EYFS curriculum and have knowledge of the new EYFS Framework.
• Be committed to rapid improvement of our EYFS unit and able to support staff to develop this.
• Able to work as part of a team, sharing practice and learning from others
• Committed to working in partnership with staff, parents and children, with excellent interpersonal skills
